Learning to deal safely with aggressive physical behaviour protects your staff, your clients and your organisation. This course is especially valuable for Carers / Nurses / Doctors / Teachers / Charity workers and many others.

Physical injury and psychological trauma to both client facing staff and clients needs to be avoided and Conflict Resolution Training (CRT) teaches staff how to avoid or how to break free from an assault. The important thing is to try and ensure that neither person is hurt and that whenever possible, mutual respect is maintained. Conflict Resolution and Breakaway skills training also improves staff confidence and this often results in a reduction of aggression and aggressive behaviour towards staff.
